- If a user's Personal Information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request that the Company correct, add to, or delete (hereinafter, "Correction, etc.") such information, in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Company.
- If the Company determines, upon receiving a request under the preceding paragraph, that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Company shall carry out the Correction, etc. of the Personal Information without delay.
- The Company shall notify the user without delay when it has carried out Correction, etc. pursuant to the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to carry out such Correction, etc.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
- If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend the use or delete (hereinafter, "Suspension of Use, etc.") their Personal Information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was acquired through wrongful means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
- If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it shall carry out the Suspension of Use, etc. of the Personal Information without delay.
- The Company shall notify the user without delay when it has carried out Suspension of Use, etc. pursuant to the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to carry out such Suspension of Use, etc.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, where Suspension of Use, etc. would require substantial cost or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and where alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company shall take such alternative measures instead.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise provided for by law or in this Policy.
- Except where the Company specifies otherwise, the amended Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
